Description

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models from research through production.
  • Own the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
  • Work with product and customer-facing teams to turn loosely defined problems into shipped features.
  • Design and implement algorithms for visibility, prediction, demand forecasting, and freight audit use cases.
  • Build reliable and scalable ML infrastructure using MLOps best practices.
  • Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and validation to prepare models for production.
  • Build, test, and deploy real-time prediction models with version control and performance tracking.
  • Monitor, debug, and improve models after deployment to maintain reliability and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models in production.
  • Hands-on experience productionising LLM-based systems (preferred).
  • Experience designing AI agents, multi-step workflows, tool/function calling, and retrieval-based grounding on proprietary data (preferred).
  • Experience with prompt versioning, prompt management, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and monitoring output quality, latency, and cost (preferred).
  • Proven experience taking models from R&D to deployment in fast-paced product environments.
  • Experience in a product-based company, preferably an early-stage startup.
  • Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, Spark, and Kafka.
