Description

  • Drive territory growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts across peripheral, cardiovascular, and related specialties.
  • Own end-to-end territory management, including account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong clinical relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Support product adoption through case support, training, product demonstrations, and clinical education.
  • Position products effectively within pricing and reimbursement frameworks to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and translate insights into commercial action plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans.
  • Work independently in a field-based role while managing customer interactions and territory priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in peripheral vascular, cardiology, or neurovascular markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth.
  • Strong understanding of clinical applications and anatomy.
  • Experience engaging effectively with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems and standard sales tools.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
