Description

Design landing pages, case studies, product one-pagers, and sales collateral.
Create LinkedIn-first social content, campaign templates, and paid creative for LinkedIn and Google.
Develop event and webinar materials, including banners, booth graphics, and presentation decks.
Produce and edit end-to-end video content, including social clips, product videos, event recaps, and launch teasers.
Maintain and evolve the brand system, including design components, tokens, and templates.
Support HTML email/newsletter production and web design handoff.
Partner with content and growth marketing to deliver consistent, high-quality assets across channels.
Iterate rapidly through multiple design and content review rounds while maintaining visual quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of design experience, ideally in-house at a B2B SaaS startup or agency serving B2B marketing.
Portfolio demonstrating web, print, social, campaign, and video design work.
Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, and shared libraries.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for print-ready, multi-page collateral.
Proficiency in video production and editing, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent tools, plus CapCut or similar short-form editing software.
Strong command of typography, layout, grid systems, brand consistency, and design for web and print.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, brand systems, and design tokens.
Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, and maintain high attention to detail in a lean startup environment.
Experience with motion design, presentation design, AI design tools, Webflow, or logistics technology is preferred.
