Description

  • Own strategy, roadmaps, and experimentation agendas across a portfolio of AI-enabled products.
  • Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate product strategy into shipped capabilities.
  • Lead executive governance cadences and communicate performance, roadmap decisions, and investment tradeoffs to senior leaders and clients.
  • Build reporting structures and governance materials for senior leadership and C-level steering committees.
  • Drive product-led growth through activation, adoption, and expansion initiatives.
  • Design and run experiments, A/B tests, and controlled rollouts to quantify business impact.
  • Align product priorities with go-to-market and business leaders to embed products in real-world workflows.
  • Own adoption and value-realization frameworks, tracking usage-to-value conversion and addressing adoption gaps.
  • Advise client and business stakeholders on applying the AI product portfolio to their workflows and goals.
  • Lead Product Managers, UX/UI Leads, and matrixed teams toward shared program outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of product management experience, including 3+ years at Director level or above owning an AI-enabled or data-driven product portfolio.
  • Direct accountability for growth or revenue metrics in a product portfolio.
  • Experience presenting to and responding to questions from senior, C-level, and client stakeholders.
  • Background in management consulting, professional services, systems integration, or similar environments, including executive governance experience.
  • Experience owning product-led growth metrics such as activation, adoption, retention, or expansion.
  • 3+ years of telecommunications industry experience.
  • Experience with enterprise LLM platforms such as Vertex AI, Claude, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with GCP or equivalent cloud infrastructure, AI/ML evaluation and observability tools, and analytics, BI, SQL, dashboarding, and experimentation platforms.
  • Ability to create executive-grade governance decks and board-level reporting.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree; experience with telecom technologies, CRM, sales/marketing enablement systems, or specialized consulting firms preferred.
