Description

  • Develop and coach sales talent for the Chicago market.
  • Drive urgency, accountability, and disciplined pipeline management across the team.
  • Lead from the front by co-selling, staying close to deals, and actively supporting reps.
  • Own monthly revenue targets and maintain strong forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Jump into strategic deals to help accelerate opportunities and close business.
  • Identify friction in the sales process and remove blockers quickly.
  • Build a high-performance team culture with strong standards and high energy.
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about Popmenu’s product and the restaurant industry to advise operators credibly.
  • Deliver data-driven updates and market insights to executive leadership, Product, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in the Chicago restaurant market.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets as both an individual contributor and a manager.
  • Experience in high-velocity sales cycles, with 1-30 day cycles preferred.
  • Strong SaaS background; restaurant tech or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and AI-driven sales tools.
  • Ability to build and scale a coaching framework for a sales team.
  • Chicago restaurant market knowledge is preferred.
  • High-performing individual contributors ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply.
  • Must live within the Chicago territory for this remote role.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $160,000.
  • OTE of $320,000+ with uncapped earnings.
