Description

  • Own and build the Phoenix/Scottsdale territory and maintain a strong local market presence.
  • Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Spend multiple days per week visiting restaurants and building relationships in the territory.
  • Run high-energy demos that clearly communicate return on investment.
  • Create urgency and close deals within a short sales cycle.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Phoenix/Scottsdale restaurant landscape.
  • Build a recognized presence in the local restaurant community.
  • Partner with regional teammates to refine messaging, share best practices, and support market strategy.
  • Sell with integrity and avoid overpromising, heavy discounting, or poor-fit deals.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale territory.
  • Proven hunter with strong outbound sales success.
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in sales cycles under 30 days.
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated in high-volume environments.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
  • Confident delivering product demos and explaining long-term ROI.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Relationship-driven and able to build trust quickly.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout the territory multiple times per week.
  • Restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant tech is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $85,000.
  • On-target earnings of $140,000+ with a 50% base / 50% commission structure.
