Description

  • Own and grow the New Orleans territory through direct outbound sales activity.
  • Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Spend multiple days per week in market visiting restaurants and building local presence.
  • Run high-energy product demos that clearly communicate ROI.
  • Create urgency and close deals within a short sales cycle.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the New Orleans restaurant landscape and hospitality community.
  • Partner with the regional team to refine messaging, share best practices, and shape market strategy.
  • Protect the brand by selling with integrity and avoiding overpromising, excessive discounting, or poor-fit deals.

Requirements

  • Must live in the New Orleans territory.
  • Proven hunter with strong outbound sales success.
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in sales cycles under 30 days.
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated in high-activity, high-volume environments.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
  • Confident delivering product demos and articulating long-term ROI.
  • Highly organized with effective time management.
  • Relationship-driven and comfortable working in a small, tightly connected hospitality market.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the New Orleans territory multiple times a week.
  • Restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant tech is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 to $75,000.
  • On-target earnings of $140,000+ with a 50/50 base and commission split.
