Description

  • Lead and manage a team of fullstack and AI engineers, including mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.
  • Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of fullstack web applications powered by AI.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver cross-functional projects seamlessly.
  • Drive architecture decisions for scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based AI platforms aligned with business goals.
  • Foster an innovative environment for exploring state-of-the-art AI techniques.
  • Lead technical decision-making to ensure alignment with product and company objectives.
  • Promote continuous learning and expand the team’s expertise in emerging AI technologies.
  • Guide the team in making strategic decisions and improving AI development processes.
  • Support the responsible deployment of AI systems at scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years managing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical leadership experience building and operating production AI systems at scale.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML disciplines such as natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
  • Strong full-stack web development background, ideally with experience in React, Python, and Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, data/ML pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Exceptional people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and grow high performers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical AI/ML concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in an agile, fast-paced environment with strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Track record of delivering complex projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Experience in responsible AI deployment and operational practices (preferred).
