Description

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Life and Critical Illness vertical.
  • Set long-term product goals and establish OKRs aligned with business priorities and customer insights.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from problem definition and discovery through solution design, scoping, execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with Product Design to create customer experiences and with engineering leadership to scope and deliver resilient initiatives.
  • Write clear product specifications that connect business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
  • Partner with Growth, Customer Success, and Operations to coordinate go-to-market readiness and launch support.
  • Define success metrics and measurement plans for initiatives, including funnel conversion, LTV, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and run experiments such as A/B tests to validate hypotheses and reduce risk.
  • Work with Data to build dashboards, analyze performance, and decide when to pivot, double down, or stop work.
  • Get hands-on to unblock teams, support product reviews, and develop business cases when needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in similar roles.
  • Proven success growing direct-to-consumer digital products and building strong customer experiences.
  • Experience scaling products and product teams at high-growth companies such as Series A-D startups or tech-forward incumbents.
  • Experience in fintech or insurtech is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate a product vision that inspires internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how product connects to revenue, operations, customer success, and compliance.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and structuring unclear problems into measurable outcomes.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with fluency in OKRs, KPIs, funnels, and experimentation.
  • Strong prioritization and operational discipline, with the ability to manage tradeoffs, keep velocity high, and follow through reliably.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to executives, engineers, marketers, and others.
