Description

  • Educate prospective customers on Home & Auto insurance options through PolicyMe’s digital platform and product expertise.
  • Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline of Home & Auto leads and convert qualified opportunities into closed policies via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Use HubSpot to track calls, emails, follow-ups, and deal stages, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data.
  • Recommend appropriate coverage using a consultative, customer-first approach that balances protection, price, and eligibility.
  • Build and refine sales scripts, talk tracks, objection handling, workflows, and follow-up sequences to improve conversion metrics.
  • Deliver a high-energy, honest, and customer-centric experience on every interaction with P&C customers.
  • Ensure all recommendations and customer interactions comply with RIBO requirements, carrier guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales and activity targets, including contact rate, talk time, and conversions.
  • Test new hooks, discovery questions, and follow-up cadences, and share successful approaches with the team.
  • Log accurate data, surface common objections, refine qualification criteria, and help build a scalable Home & Auto sales playbook.
  • Identify and act on bundle and cross-sell opportunities with Life and Health & Dental products while keeping customer needs and affordability in focus.

Requirements

  • RIBO Level 1 or higher P&C license in Ontario.
  • 3+ years of experience selling personal lines Home & Auto insurance.
  • Experience in a high-volume, phone-based or digital sales environment preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Comfort owning a full inbound pipeline from first contact to close.
  • Strong pipeline management, organization, and CRM hygiene skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly and handle objections.
  • High empathy and discretion when discussing personal and financial details.
  • Comfort with CRM and workflow tools, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Builder mentality with a track record of improving scripts, sequences, qualification, and follow-up processes.
  • High ethical standards, strong compliance mindset, and commitment to customer best interests.
  • Experience at a digital-first distributor is an asset.
