Description

  • Conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with prospective students and families.
  • Recommend personalized learning solutions based on educational, teaching, or training experience.
  • Build trust with clients through consultative sales conversations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in educational products and services.
  • Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends after training.
  • Complete a 6-week paid virtual training program and transition into the assigned permanent schedule.
  • Manage performance in a metrics-driven sales environment.
  • Apply company systems and processes quickly in a remote setting.
  • Follow a split-shift or other assigned Central Time schedule after training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Understanding that Nerdy is an apolitical company and alignment with its mission focus is required.
  • Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling is preferred.
  • Career progression showing increased responsibility and leadership is preferred.
