Description

  • Take 3-4 inbound booked appointments per day, 5 days a week, and convert them into agency clients.
  • Own individual monthly and annual sales quota attainment while supporting quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Close prospects into agency retainers across hot, warm, and cold lead sources.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to prospective clients.
  • Identify client business challenges and present the appropriate solution in a persuasive way.
  • Navigate key decision makers and build awareness within prospect organizations.
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales activity and performance.
  • Gather client feedback to identify blockers and anticipate future market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, sponsored events, and market acquisition trips.
  • Complete daily execution of team and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • High drive to achieve ambitious targets and strong accountability.
  • Energetic phone presence with excellent active listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Ability to adapt well to change and manage multiple requests with ease.
  • Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and remain available to teammates.
  • Ability to travel may be required.
