Description

  • Provide timely customer support to users through multiple channels.
  • Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing issues by severity and routing them when needed.
  • Take ownership of unresolved cases and follow up until they are closed.
  • Build strong client relationships through timely and professional follow-up.
  • Maintain knowledge articles for the support portal and FAQs.
  • Document daily communications, transactions, problems, and corrective actions in the CRM system.
  • Support the team’s goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Work scheduled shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. as required.
  • Participate in improving operational tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States for eligibility.
  • MDS 3.0 expertise is required.
  • MDS Coordinator experience is required.
  • Exposure to AI tools and interest in using them to improve work and user experience.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently in all interactions.
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate assignments effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking and time management.
  • Sound understanding of API and service technologies and functions.
  • Degree or post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related technical field preferred.
  • Technical support experience is an asset.
