Description

  • Manage customer service channels including phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Respond to customer concerns with professional, empathetic, and timely communication.
  • Collect, document, classify, and organize customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries accurately.
  • Consolidate complaint information from community managers, bots, conversation tools, and social channels.
  • Register and track complaints in client and quality management systems.
  • Generate complaint reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency between customer service and quality teams.
  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with quality, operations, support, and other teams on complaint resolution.
  • Follow up on replacements, warranty claims, and customer cases to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, complaint management, or a related role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer communication channels such as phone, messaging platforms, and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with customer service and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to classify, organize, and maintain large volumes of customer information accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or complaint tracking platforms, preferred.
  • Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, preferred.
  • Experience with social media management and conversation platforms such as Emplifi or Hootsuite, preferred.
  • Experience analyzing consumer feedback and identifying operational improvement opportunities, preferred.
  • Familiarity with warranty and replacement management processes, preferred.
