Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging with Marketing and Product.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support.
  • Identify target customers for early validation and beta participation, and drive structured beta programs.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and revenue performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Serve as commercialization lead for strategic deals and executive-level customer engagements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement and customer-facing teams.
  • Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions.
  • Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on GTM best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support.
  • Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements.
  • Ability to influence roadmap discussions through data-driven market intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions (preferred).
  • Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams (preferred).
  • Healthcare or post-acute industry experience (preferred).
  • MBA or equivalent business experience (preferred).
