Description

  • Own the vision, priorities, and long-term evolution of the ERP platform.
  • Evaluate modernization options, including rebuild versus enhancement paths and AI-enabled improvements.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap grounded in customer needs and business impact.
  • Decide what should be built, improved, delayed, or removed.
  • Serve as the primary product contact for customers and lead discovery conversations.
  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback from users and internal teams.
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
  • Partner with engineering to design an intuitive product experience.
  • Set priorities and provide clear direction to the engineering team.
  • Guide projects from discovery and planning through launch while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Ensure product changes are introduced without disrupting existing customers.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–7 years of product management experience.
  • Experience building, rebuilding, or significantly transforming a software product.
  • Experience owning a product from customer discovery through delivery and launch.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to turn complex feedback into clear priorities and requirements.
  • Comfort working independently and making decisions with limited direction.
  • Driven, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
  • Experience working with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or other business software platforms (strongly preferred).
  • Experience modernizing an established or legacy software product (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and software development processes (strongly preferred).
  • Experience directing distributed or offshore engineering teams (strongly preferred).
  • Location: Canada (Remote).
  • Salary range of $100,000–$140,000 CAD per year.
