Description

  • Own a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers and manage executive relationships at CFO, Finance Director, Shared Services, and Transformation Lead level.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Order-to-Cash and working capital topics, helping customers navigate business change.
  • Translate AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and automation into clear financial and operational impact.
  • Lead value-based success plans by defining ROI, KPIs, and success metrics tied to customer business objectives.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews, customer innovation workshops, and value realization sessions.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals, upsell, and expansion opportunities with a commercial, value-led approach.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and influence Product and AI roadmap discussions based on enterprise use cases.
  • Proactively identify adoption risks and growth opportunities using customer health data and AI insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a consulting, advisory, or transformation role within Order-to-Cash, Working Capital, or Finance Transformation.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including Credit, Collections, Cash Application, and Dispute Management.
  • Proven ability to quantify business value and ROI for senior finance stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to financial outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication and storytelling skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Experience operating as a trusted advisor and challenging customers when needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in AI, analytics, and automation applied to finance processes.
  • Ability to explain AI concepts such as predictive scoring, prioritization, and automation in business terms.
  • Experience working with SaaS, data-driven, or AI-enabled platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
