Description

  • Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes with accurate pricing, contractual details, and effective dates.
  • Process product correction and cancellation quotes according to established policies and procedures.
  • Validate quote and billing details before execution to prevent downstream errors.
  • Process and resolve day-to-day Shared Services queue requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support case routing, data validation, and use of AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Salesforce and related systems.
  • Partner with Senior Specialists and support Marketplace and Customer Success teams.
  • Respond to routine questions from Customer Success regarding case status.
  • Follow standardized processes for Marketplace quoting and Shared Services workflows.
  • Identify recurring issues or discrepancies and escalate non-standard scenarios to senior team members.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change in a growing business.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools preferred.
  • Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
  • Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation preferred.
