Description

  • Set the technical vision and reference architecture for agentic AI across applications.
  • Define organization-wide standards for reasoning loops, tool use, memory, safety, and interoperability.
  • Build and govern reusable AI platform components such as model brokers, multi-model routing, orchestration services, evaluation harnesses, prompt/versioning stores, and telemetry.
  • Develop and refine advanced prompting strategies for large language models.
  • Test, evaluate, and analyze the performance of LLM and other GenAI models.
  • Drive cross-functional roadmaps and integration standards across OCIO and business teams.
  • Optimize LLM and agent cost/performance and establish API and versioning contracts.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute AI use cases with clear business outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, perform peer reviews, lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and improve engineering practices.
  • Serve as the internal SME for enterprise applications, vendors, leadership, and business partners while advising on best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership shipping agentic AI at scale across multiple products.
  • Experience setting organization-wide standards for reasoning loops, tool use/function calling, memory, safety, and interoperability.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI technologies including Foundry, AI Search, OpenAI, RAG, and Copilot Studio.
  • Hands-on expertise with Anthropic technologies including Claude and Claude Code.
  • Advanced Python and Java expertise in production systems, including testing, packaging, and performance profiling.
  • Deep experience extending agent frameworks such as Anthropic, LangChain, and Foundry.
  • Experience with RAG and agent data pipelines, including OCR/NER preprocessing, chunking strategies, embeddings, vector stores, and data quality/versioning.
  • Experience with model serving and cost/performance optimization, including model broker patterns, multi-model routing, and serving stacks.
  • Strong understanding of enabling and maturing AI in a SaaS landscape.
  • Highly desired: good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Boomi Agentic AI platform capabilities.
