Description

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to translate strategy and OKRs into coordinated execution plans.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
  • Remove ambiguity by connecting business intent to execution signals and delivery metrics.
  • Use AI-driven analytics to surface risks, detect bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven practices that balance autonomy with alignment.
  • Facilitate alignment among senior product, design, and engineering leaders on trade-offs, decisions, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of shared tools, processes, and frameworks that help PointClickCare execute at scale.
  • Track program health, dependencies, risks, and progress using program execution and delivery tools.
  • Engage in technical design conversations with engineering teams around system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in TPM, EPM, or a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience driving multi-team initiatives across product and platform or infrastructure.
  • Experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery health signals.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or equivalent program execution and delivery tools.
  • Technical fluency in modern software systems, including APIs, architectures, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to engage in technical design conversations with engineering teams.
  • Experience using metrics to improve predictability, flow, and outcomes.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Experience delivering complex programs in SaaS or large systems across multiple teams and domains is preferred.
