Description

  • Identify and close sales opportunities within existing customer accounts and targeted prospects.
  • Cultivate customer needs and develop sales strategies through phone and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain a daily pipeline through lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Introduce customers and prospects to new products, services, add-ons, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with Account Managers after launch to ensure customer value delivery and identify upsell potential.
  • Manage moderate and complex transactions and resolve complex transactional operations and issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own highly strategic customer accounts with high revenue potential as assigned.
  • Assist with training and coaching other Inside Sales Representatives when needed.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans with detailed action items to drive profitable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy sales; software industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience making outbound calls and generating sales with small to medium service-based companies.
  • Strong ability to prospect, cold call, and close sales over the phone.
  • Experience conducting needs analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively with customers.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, resourcefully, and diligently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Experience maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.

Benefits

  • Canadian on-target earnings of $125,000 - $147,000, including base salary and commissions.
