Description

  • Own and continuously improve the company onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, enterprise training, and leadership development workshops.
  • Iterate on existing training programs based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
  • Support manager and leadership capability through leadership development and manager training programs.
  • Facilitate company-wide forums such as All Hands, including speaker coordination and run-of-show management.
  • Track and evaluate learning program effectiveness, using feedback to improve engagement and impact.
  • Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and functional teams to align learning programs with business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for small groups and large audiences.
  • Experience designing and delivering management training programs.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfort collaborating with senior leaders and facilitating discussions across levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations preferred.
  • Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
