Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of small business customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • Help customers achieve maximum value from Podium products and support them in reaching their business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage renewals to secure retention and reduce churn.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to assess health, uncover opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Build trusted customer relationships and advocate for customer needs internally with product and engineering teams.
  • Share customer feedback cross-functionally to help drive continuous product improvement.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Services Manager, preferably in software or SaaS.
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, Voice AI, and automation platforms, with hands-on real-world application experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all customer levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer challenges effectively.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex software concepts and work in a technically adept manner.
  • Empathetic, customer-centric mindset focused on driving customer success.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Growth-oriented perspective on AI and how it will reshape work and business operations.
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, CRM software, customer support software, or online reputation management processes (preferred).
