Description

  • Create business intelligence dashboards and visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to answer business questions and identify trends.
  • Build self-service data tools and processes that help stakeholders monitor performance independently.
  • Partner with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to identify data sources, support pipelines, and develop analytical data models.
  • Implement and maintain data quality checks to protect dataset integrity across reporting and analysis.
  • Work with teams across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver tailored analyses and reporting.
  • Automate recurring analyses and reporting workflows using Python.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to translate data into recommendations that support strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related professional role.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with Sales, Operations, Product, or similar business teams.
  • Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and joins across large datasets.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different technical levels.
  • Experience using generative AI and LLM-based tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformation (preferred).
  • Exposure to data pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow (preferred).
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or payments (preferred).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities (preferred).

  • Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
  • Expected base salary range of $93,600 to $117,000.
  • Potential equity and other forms of compensation as part of the total package.
