Description

  • Lead client discovery sessions to map manufacturing and distribution requirements to NetSuite best practices.
  • Manage complex NetSuite implementation projects from solution design through delivery.
  • Execute end-to-end configuration, including business logic, custom fields, and workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and distribution workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for NetSuite Field Service Management, including preventive maintenance, warranty tracking, and dispatching.
  • Advise clients on best practices for cost accounting, landed costs, WIP and routing, demand planning, and inventory valuation.
  • Lead internal QA and guide client user acceptance testing to validate system stability and data integrity.
  • Delegate tasks to analysts and support their development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Proactively identify project risks related to scope, budget, technical constraints, and dependencies, and work with senior consultants and architects to mitigate them.
  • Build trusted client relationships while mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing NetSuite, specifically within FSM processes.
  • Proven experience with FSM implementations, including Core Service Tasking, Dispatch Boards, Mobile Application orchestration, Offline Data Sync, Preventive Maintenance scheduling, Asset Lifecycle Management, Van Stock/Truck Inventory optimization, and SLA and Warranty tracking.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite core configuration, including complex business logic.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet-level data transformations.
  • Familiarity with leading practices within the NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Previous project management and solution design experience.
  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, asset management, and Item Management processes.
  • Experience implementing Advanced Inventory, Work Orders and Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand Planning, WIP and Routings, MRP, NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, and complex Landed Cost configurations.
  • Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) is a significant plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or third-party shipping/WMS integrations such as RF-Smart, Highjump, Pacejet, or ShipStation.
  • Experience with Jira and Google Workspace.
