Description

  • Lead client discovery sessions and translate manufacturing and distribution requirements into NetSuite best-practice solutions.
  • Manage and deliver complex NetSuite implementation projects, including solution design and project management.
  • Execute end-to-end NetSuite configuration, including custom fields, workflows, and complex business logic.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes, distribution workflows, and NetSuite Field Service Management.
  • Advise clients on best practices for cost accounting, landed costs, preventive maintenance, WIP and routing, demand planning, and inventory valuation.
  • Design and lead internal QA efforts and guide client user acceptance testing to validate stability and data integrity.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, limitations, dependencies, and technical constraints early.
  • Delegate tasks to analysts and support their development to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, architects, and project management teams to address design and delivery issues.
  • Build trusted client relationships and mentor teammates in line with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing NetSuite, specifically in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, or FSM processes.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite core configuration, including complex business logic.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client and team interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet-level data transformations.
  • Familiarity with leading practices within the NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Previous project management and solution design experience (preferred).
  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, asset management, and item management processes.
  • Experience implementing Advanced Inventory, Work Orders & Assemblies, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand Planning, WIP & Routings, MRP, NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, and complex landed cost configurations (preferred).
  • Experience with Field Service Management implementations, including core service tasking, dispatch boards, mobile application orchestration, offline data sync, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset lifecycle management, van stock/truck inventory optimization, and SLA and warranty tracking (preferred).
  • Quality Management System (QMS) experience is a significant plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or third-party shipping/WMS integrations such as RF-Smart, Highjump, Pacejet, or ShipStation.
  • Experience using Jira and Google Workspace.
