Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership on Reddit’s highest-priority commercial opportunities and challenges.
  • Translate company strategy into scalable operating models, governance, and execution frameworks.
  • Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from concept through execution, including current focus areas like Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System.
  • Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness.
  • Refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify and solve emerging commercial opportunities.
  • Develop workflows, playbooks, guidance, and other scalable commercial processes that improve seller execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency with data manipulation tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with large datasets to uncover insights and build executive-level data narratives.
  • Comfort interpreting basic SQL or using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex to generate queries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational frameworks, or business processes.
  • Excellent program management, stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how organizational design and operational improvements drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Nice to have: experience in incentives or seller operating systems.
