Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, including scope, deliverables, expectations, schedules, risks, resources, and budgets.
  • Lead Dynamics 365 managed services queues by triaging tickets, assigning resources, monitoring commitments, and managing escalations through closure.
  • Run client service reviews, monitor contract consumption, and identify overages, recurring issues, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Scope, estimate, schedule, price, and deliver enhancement projects through testing, deployment, acceptance, and support transition.
  • Direct full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations from diagnosis through go-live, hypercare, and transition to managed services.
  • Own integrated project plans, critical paths, milestone schedules, change control, and executive steering committee communications.
  • Coordinate client-side dependencies including process decisions, data readiness, integrations, testing, training, and organizational change.
  • Manage resource allocation across support, enhancement, and implementation workstreams while protecting service commitments.
  • Maintain accurate project, case, time, documentation, invoicing, and utilization records in Symphony.
  • Support sales, marketing, implementation activities, and general administration as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
  • Experience managing both project-based delivery and ongoing support or managed services, ideally concurrently.
  • Experience with implementation methodologies spanning Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation.
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Customer Engagement experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent clients.
  • Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, contract terms, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Preferred qualifications include full lifecycle Dynamics implementations, Microsoft platform experience, manufacturing ERP leadership, ITIL-aligned service management, PMI or Dynamics 365 certification, and proficiency with project management tools.
