Description

  • Design, implement and maintain frontend features for the Planner 5D web platform using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Develop and optimize 2D graphics components using SVG and Canvas.
  • Develop and optimize 3D graphics features using Three.js and WebGL.
  • Write clean, reusable, object-oriented code and follow strict coding standards and technical requirements.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and robust behavior across web platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team on feature specifications, communicate progress, and clarify tasks across time zones.
  • Use Git, Docker and Webpack as part of the development and deployment workflow, and write unit tests (Jest) where applicable.
  • Maintain performance, memory usage, and security best practices in frontend code.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of web development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript (ECMAScript 6+).
  • Experience with popular frameworks and libraries, at minimum jQuery (legacy code familiarity).
  • Experience building 2D features with SVG and Canvas.
  • Experience building 3D features with Three.js and WebGL.
  • Solid CSS skills and attention to cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with supporting technologies: REST, JSON, XML, HTML, WebSockets, HTTP and Git.
  • Understanding of best practices in security, performance, memory management and maintainability.
  • Intermediate level of English for team communication.
  • Nice to have: understanding of mathematics/geometry, knowledge of AngularJS or VueJS, and experience with LESS, SASS or Bootstrap.
