Description

  • Support the Medical Services Team’s clinical support and administrative activities for Planned Parenthood affiliates.
  • Help plan, deliver, and evaluate learning opportunities related to affiliate care delivery and PPFA Medical Standards & Guidelines.
  • Review, edit, and create trainings, patient education materials, FAQs, and other clinical resources.
  • Support planning, execution, and evaluation of National Medical Committee meetings.
  • Assist with Clinical Advisory Committee quarterly meetings and membership processes.
  • Participate in continuing education and CME/CE application processes.
  • Collaborate with Medical Services, Care and Access Division staff, affiliates, external professionals, and professional organizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled through at least August 2027 in an accredited undergraduate nursing program or graduate nursing/advanced practice clinician program.
  • At least two years of employment experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Asana, Smartsheet, and webinar platforms.
  • Comfort learning and using new technologies.
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform literature searches and produce detail-oriented work.
  • Ability to work independently with remote supervision and collaborate effectively in a telecommuter environment.
  • Experience communicating with diverse groups and working sensitively with multicultural teams.
  • Flexibility to work up to 15 hours per week, including occasional evenings, weekends, and weekday daytime hours.
  • Ability to recognize and support diversity, inclusion, individual dignity, and respectful professional relationships.
