Description

  • Oversee communication, registration, and coordination for CAPS proctoring programs.
  • Develop and maintain standardized training resources covering clinical care, patient experience, equity, onboarding, and staff resilience.
  • Deliver clinical and service trainings remotely and in person.
  • Collaborate with leadership to disseminate training programs and address barriers through evaluations, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with health care delivery teams and PPFA divisions to ensure training remains equitable, trauma-informed, patient-centered, and current.
  • Manage multiple projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 5+ years of experience in sexual and reproductive health care and training, with an emphasis on abortion care.
  • Expertise in abortion and SRH care visits and patient-centered health care practices.
  • Knowledge of the abortion care landscape and barriers and facilitators to access nationwide.
  • Experience building training evaluations and using data to improve programs.
  • Knowledge of best practices in virtual training platforms.
  • Understanding and application of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts, including power, privilege, emotional intelligence, and implicit bias.
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, verbal, written, presentation, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to build effective internal and external partnerships and manage projects within scope, budget, and timeline in a matrixed environment.
  • Self-directed, process-oriented approach and commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission.
  • Ability to reside near reliable airport transportation, work extended hours or weekends as needed, and travel approximately 75% domestically.
