Description

  • Break down complex, ambiguous problems into small, testable iterations.
  • Prototype quickly, validate hypotheses, and discard ineffective approaches efficiently.
  • Define experiments and metrics to evaluate what works under time, budget, and technical constraints.
  • Study and apply recent techniques in AI, computer vision, and 3D to build innovative solutions.
  • Create proof-of-concepts for problems that are not yet fully solved in the market.
  • Turn prototypes into robust, maintainable, monitored production systems.
  • Propose improvements to architecture, pipelines, and workflows.
  • Share knowledge through internal sessions, demos, mentoring, documentation, and external speaking or writing.
  • Evaluate immature technologies critically and reduce technical risk through iterative validation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills in uncertain environments.
  • Fast experimentation mindset: hypothesis, prototype, measure, decide.
  • Pragmatic delivery orientation without sacrificing code quality.
  • Continuous learning and curiosity.
  • Strong experience in Python.
  • Solid foundations in software engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of computer vision and deep learning.
  • Experience with image and video processing, 3D vision, segmentation or detection approaches, or related areas.
  • Ability to implement end-to-end solutions beyond notebooks with production constraints in mind.
  • Good communication skills in a collaborative, international environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with C# or graphics engines such as Unity, Unreal, or Evergine is a plus.
  • Experience deploying AI systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices such as deployment, monitoring, and reproducibility is a plus.
  • Experience creating technical content such as training, talks, or workshops is a plus.
