Description

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce plans, capability roadmaps, and productivity targets.
  • Lead the HR workstream for international expansion, including entity vs. EOR decisions, cross-border employment law, compensation banding, benefits benchmarking, and onboarding.
  • Design and run performance cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning processes.
  • Coach managers and leaders to raise leadership standards and sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Own people analytics, including attrition, eNPS, time-to-productivity, and cost-per-hire, and use insights to inform decisions.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking, equity refreshes, and salary reviews.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for complex employee relations cases across all locations.
  • Own employment risk management across Germany and international entities.
  • Use AI tools to improve your output and support managers in using them as well.
  • Own HR projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through delivery and closure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience owning the full people agenda, not just supporting parts of it.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to model attrition costs and justify compensation decisions with data.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop managers and senior leaders.
  • Comfort using HRIS platforms such as HiBob, spreadsheet modelling, and AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
  • Experience with EOR structures, multi-jurisdiction benefits, and international employment frameworks.
  • Previous experience in a significant scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of German labour law and the ability to handle complex employee relations cases independently.
  • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
