Description

  • Own the product go-to-market and positioning strategy for Pion’s products.
  • Research the market, monitor competitors, and define ICPs and personas across SaaS, Affiliate, and Media.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to shape a B2B/B2C strategy that supports company OKRs.
  • Work with Sales and Sales Enablement to gather client feedback and maintain a feedback loop to Product teams.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define product features and value propositions.
  • Build foundational messaging frameworks and marketing narratives for Pion’s products.
  • Write and produce external marketing assets, including website copy, LinkedIn content, customer emails, and top-of-funnel campaigns.
  • Own messaging consistency and narrative for major external events such as Pioneer and YMS.
  • Track market perception of the Pion brand, products, and positioning.
  • Translate market insights into messaging blueprints that Sales Enablement can use for collateral.

Requirements

  • Proven experience marketing a complex portfolio of products.
  • SaaS, Media, and/or Affiliate network experience is highly preferred.
  • Elite copywriting and communication skills with the ability to turn technical features into benefit-driven messaging.
  • Strong curiosity for market dynamics, competitor movements, and buyer psychology.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product Management to extract value and with Sales Enablement to hand off messaging.
  • Ability to operate strategically while being hands-on as an individual contributor.
  • Experience driving product marketing metrics such as revenue, website traffic, reach, engagement, and win rates.
  • Experience using tools such as Gong is preferred.
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C contexts is preferred.
