Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 client accounts with potential for further growth.
  • Lead and own renewal processes, including commercial negotiations.
  • Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Conduct daily client meetings (virtual and in-person) with high-profile brands to maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and present strategic proposals and campaign plans tailored to client objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences and successful campaign delivery.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimise deal strategy, performance and account health.
  • Work towards and exceed revenue targets while focusing on long-term client growth and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Experience working with mid-market to enterprise-level clients across various industries.
  • Skilled in managing long-term client relationships with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Results-driven, with experience working towards and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to optimise deal strategy and performance.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of ~40 accounts and prioritise competing client needs.
  • Comfortable conducting regular virtual and in-person meetings with high-profile brands.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with flexible start times (typically between 8:00–10:00am).
