Description

  • Own and steward a portfolio of Pinterest’s external marketing websites and ensure each site meets its business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, site health, and performance across multiple marketing websites.
  • Define channel strategies, goals, and operating plans in partnership with content, brand, design, engineering, and analytics leaders.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable channel roadmaps and operating plans.
  • Design and implement testing and optimization frameworks to drive continuous site improvement.
  • Build and socialize prioritization frameworks that guide resource allocation and delivery across competing initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, content, creative, analytics, and engineering to ensure seamless execution.
  • Champion audience-centric web content, journeys, and experiences for different target audiences.
  • Identify, implement, and optimize tools, platforms, and AI-powered solutions to improve personalization, efficiency, measurement, and reporting.
  • Maintain governance and quality standards across accessibility, privacy, legal, security, and brand requirements.
  • Synthesize data and feedback into reporting and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing digital channels, websites, or portfolios, ideally in B2B, tech, media, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple websites or web channels with different business goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
  • Experience with operational governance, including resource planning, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Experience using analytics and experimentation methods such as A/B testing, user research, and attribution to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Track record of prioritizing and executing initiatives that produce measurable business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of digital content strategy, web design, UX best practices, CMS platforms, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong alignment with Pinterest competencies including customer focus, accountability, decision quality, resilience, courage, and valuing differences.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $156,183 to $321,554 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Equity eligibility in addition to base salary.
  • Flexible working model with in-office collaboration about once per month to once per quarter.
  • Role can be situated anywhere in the country.
