Description

  • Act as the primary administrator and functional owner of procurement systems, including troubleshooting errors and managing user permissions.
  • Audit and optimize post-implementation workflows, approval paths, and intake forms to improve speed, compliance, and usability.
  • Develop and deliver training materials such as SOPs, video guides, and workshops to drive correct system usage and clean data capture.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and high-value negotiations across categories including technology, facilities, HR, and construction.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms while tracking negotiated benefits in the system.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Oversee supplier master data and spend analytics, including data cleansing and compliant automated onboarding processes.
  • Translate procurement system data into executive reports on savings, spend leakage, and contract expiration risks.
  • Align procurement policies and processes with system capabilities to support a seamless internal buying experience.
  • Ensure procurement activities meet regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing a live Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform.
  • Comfort working under the hood of procurement software to fix errors and improve workflows.
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end procurement processes and delivering measurable commercial value.
  • Experience in one or more of the following categories: Construction, FM, PR/Events, Travel, HR, Technology, or Hardware.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to edit and configure procurement software.
  • Ability to translate complex technical system requirements into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Omnea is a plus.
  • A proven optimizer mindset with a track record of improving process efficiency through training and configuration edits.
