Description

  • Own the financial performance of the location by managing daily and monthly P&L results and making decisions that improve revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Drive revenue growth and gross profit by identifying business opportunities, improving sales execution, and managing pricing, productivity, and cost controls.
  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by using real-time observation and performance data to maintain smooth workflows, productivity, and consistent execution.
  • Deliver strong customer experiences by maintaining service standards, resolving concerns, and improving retention and loyalty.
  • Use technology and operational systems to track performance, monitor key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Own the overall results of the business, including revenue growth, margin performance, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and interpret P&L data.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams and improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a results-oriented team culture.
  • Operational problem-solving ability and the capacity to quickly assess a business and execute improvements.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and measurable performance expectations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overhead and in tight spaces, stand and walk for most of the workday, and use hand tools efficiently; ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is required.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
  • $20,000 - $30,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 6% gross profit share.
