Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Partner/Support Engineers.
  • Manage performance, deliver feedback, and grow team members through coaching and stretch assignments.
  • Own regional partner and advertiser relationships, goals, and metrics across customer segments.
  • Lead key programs by defining scope, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-severity technical issues and integrations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships on cross-functional priorities.
  • Monitor team and partner metrics and drive continuous improvement in operations and outcomes.
  • Relay customer insights to Product and Engineering to influence the API roadmap.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance for API integrations, debugging, and data investigations.
  • Champion AI-driven solutions and automations to improve support scale and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people or team management experience leading client-focused technical teams.
  • ~5+ years of overall experience in Support, Solution, or Partner Engineering.
  • Background in Ad Tech, MarTech, or eCommerce.
  • Strong technical skills with scripting for data manipulation and API integrations, such as Python or shell scripting.
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, and debugging complex multi-system integrations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL/Presto/Spark, Tableau/Superset, Postman/Bruno, Kibana, GitHub/Sourcegraph, Airflow, and AI agents/MCPs is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance team health, metrics, and partner outcomes.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, make timely decisions, and handle stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing and executive presence.
  • Based in New York City or Chicago and able to work remotely/hybrid from a commutable distance to one of those offices.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $145,747 to $300,067 USD.
