Description

  • Own an assigned field territory focused on net-new logo acquisition and upsell opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Create, implement, measure, and review a personal plan aligned to regional sales strategy and performance goals.
  • Position and articulate the company’s value proposition to customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts with support from global partners.
  • Report sales activity and forecasts to senior management.
  • Prepare indicative subscription pricing and customer offers, including training and professional services modules.
  • Guide responses to requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Provide customer feedback to marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams.
  • Work collaboratively to secure additional specialist resources as needed.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of field quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Multiple years of experience meeting or exceeding quota in the market.
  • A proven record of signing strategic and large deals with long and complex sales cycles.
  • Established C-level contacts within the relevant sector.
  • A successful track record working with strategic buyers.
  • Deep knowledge of the key drivers of change in the relevant industry.
  • Experience working with regional, national, and global partners and system integrators.
  • Prior training and experience in value selling and account planning methodologies.
