Description

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to create top-of-funnel leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Support and optimize lead nurturing strategies across the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Implement and manage account-based marketing initiatives targeting high-value prospects.
  • Manage website updates and CMS optimization.
  • Create and oversee content development, including case studies, blog posts, webinars, events, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Use ABM tools to identify and engage target accounts.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and marketing impact on pipeline.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven experience generating top-of-funnel leads and driving pipeline growth.
  • Experience collaborating closely with a sales team and supporting the sales funnel.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms, with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and tools, with Apollo preferred.
  • Experience managing website content and CMS platforms.
  • Experience developing case studies, webinars, and event marketing campaigns.
  • ERP industry knowledge or exposure to Sage and/or Acumatica.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $110,000–$120,000 per year.
  • Bonus potential.
  • Remote work option, with Orlando, FL also listed as a location.
  • Full-time position.
