Description

  • Manage and implement Sage Intacct projects using the prescribed implementation methodology.
  • Analyze and document system and business requirements.
  • Configure systems and set up modules according to client requirements.
  • Develop test scripts for client testing phases.
  • Train end users on Sage Intacct.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Sage Intacct.
  • Set up and configure third-party integration tools.
  • Coordinate project tasks with sales and support team members.
  • Provide regular written project status updates internally and to clients.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while keeping work on time and on budget.
  • Provide technical support after clients go live.
  • Develop templates, best practices documentation, and knowledge base content to improve service delivery.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and escalate complex software issues.
  • Work with developers and team members to define client enhancement needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in ERP software consulting or implementation, preferably with Sage Intacct.
  • High emotional intelligence and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong aptitude for ERP software products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding technical organization.
  • Accounting background with the ability to discuss accounting-related concepts intelligently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with Office 365, OneNote, and GoToMeeting.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise ticketing software is a plus.
