Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share for the NetSuite practice.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Drive growth through specialized service offerings for manufacturing operations.
  • Define and standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and accelerators.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for strategic sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate new business.
  • Author statements of work and present pricing proposals.
  • Expand existing client relationships through optimization services and add-on offerings.
  • Oversee complex, full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations across multiple industries.
  • Design integrated architectures using NetSuite and ensure quality for key manufacturing configurations.
  • Act as the final escalation point for client satisfaction and technical delivery issues.
  • Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop a team of functional consultants.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ERP/CRM experience.
  • 5+ years focused on NetSuite OneWorld.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or consulting organizations.
  • Strong understanding of core business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Multi-Book.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or software validation preferred.
  • Advanced degree or certification such as an MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • $150,000 - $180,000 annual salary.
