Description

  • Act as the primary model-building resource for Solution Consultants in your region, providing PoV builds, workshop support, and pilot assistance.
  • Join on-site customer engagements with Solution Consultants and contribute deep Pigment modelling expertise to high-stakes opportunities.
  • Triage and prioritize Solution Consultant build requests while managing capacity across multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Lead the development of new demo use cases and industry-specific demo collateral on a roadmap-aligned release schedule.
  • Build original demo models from scratch with cross-functional partners from Product, PMM, Customer Success, and subject matter experts.
  • Create talk tracks, enablement content, and SC-ready assets so new use cases can be delivered independently.
  • Help develop and maintain model development guidelines and consistent standards for the Solution Innovation team.
  • Use AI tools and Pigment AI capabilities to accelerate model development, prototype new demo experiences, and create AI-generated datasets.
  • Update the demo library by incorporating new platform features and maintaining scalable, reusable template assets.
  • Research competitors and equip field Solution Consultants with differentiated positioning, competitive traps, and attack strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the EPM space as a Solution Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pre-sales Solution Consultant or Solution Architect role.
  • Strong Pigment modelling experience is essential.
  • Advanced ability to build complex, production-quality models from scratch and advise on architecture.
  • Skilled in conversational demos that focus on business outcomes, personas, and value.
  • Experience using LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude, plus Pigment AI capabilities, to accelerate model development.
  • Comfortable positioning Pigment across Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain use cases.
  • Highly self-directed with a track record of delivering complex projects from inception through field enablement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across Product, Marketing, GTM, and Customer Success.
