Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop Product Designers through clear expectations, feedback, and career growth support.
  • Build a collaborative Design culture that enables high-quality work.
  • Own and improve Design operations, including planning, team rituals, processes, and ways of working.
  • Review design work and maintain high standards for craft, UX quality, and product thinking.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align people, priorities, and delivery.
  • Help designers solve complex B2B product problems while balancing user, business, and technical needs.
  • Contribute hands-on design work where it provides the greatest value, while focusing primarily on management.
  • Develop scalable Design frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Define Design KPIs and OKRs and improve measurement and communication of Design’s impact.
  • Identify capability gaps and contribute to future hiring and organizational planning. ],

  • Experienced Product Design leader with proven people-management experience in a high-quality product organization.
  • Experience managing and developing Product Designers through coaching, feedback, performance conversations, and career development.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Product Design and sufficient hands-on expertise to review work and raise quality standards.
  • Experience working on complex B2B software and partnering with Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Excellent communication and alignment-building skills across Design, Product, and Engineering.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience improving processes, rituals, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to balance people leadership, delivery, and longer-term Design strategy.
  • Proactive, autonomous approach to identifying organizational improvements.
  • Interest in measuring Design effectiveness and connecting it to product and business outcomes.
  • Willingness to work in an approximately 80% management and 20% hands-on design role.
