Description

  • Act as the primary People & Culture partner for GTM leaders across Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Value Office, and Revenue Operations.
  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for GTM teams, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
  • Translate GTM business strategy into people priorities that align talent, organization design, and leadership capability with business growth.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, role clarity, hiring plans, internal mobility, and team structures.
  • Provide recommendations on talent and organizational decisions and help leaders navigate complex people issues.
  • Coach and challenge GTM leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and accountability.
  • Lead talent reviews and development planning for GTM teams to support high performance and leadership growth.
  • Identify organizational risks and opportunities through data, signals, and trend analysis, and proactively recommend actions.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on compensation and commission structures to support business goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering, or a similar role.
  • Deep experience supporting B2B GTM organizations in high-growth environments; multi-geography experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics such as pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Strong track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable business and people outcomes.
  • Strong capability in organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching.
  • A system mindset focused on building simple, repeatable solutions rather than one-time fixes.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, global environment with urgency and accountability.
