Description

  • Support HR programs including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, records management, safety, succession planning, employee relations, retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, exit interviews, personnel documentation, HRIS data entry, and compliance audits.
  • Advise employees on absences, health issues, conduct, performance, grievances, organizational change, and other employee-relations matters.
  • Maintain and communicate the employee handbook, directory, organizational chart, and HR policies.
  • Prepare performance evaluation documentation and related reports.
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR questions regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, policies, and other HR processes.
  • Organize employee records and support accurate, confidential documentation management.
  • Assist with recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, training maintenance, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
  • Complete other HR duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources Operations experience.
  • Strong background in United States Human Resources management.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms; Greenhouse and ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Availability to work 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. PHST.
  • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal, employment, and education verification.
