Description

  • Own the company’s sales enablement and training platform, including content, learning paths, and certification for go-to-market roles.
  • Build and maintain the sales playbook, including the 6-stage sales process, discovery scripts, system processes, and outbound prospecting sequences.
  • Run the 90-day onboarding and ramp program for new AEs, Account Managers, and BDRs.
  • Lead weekly call-coaching sessions and provide real-time feedback to sales reps using call recording software.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to improve sales hygiene and forecasting confidence without adding friction.
  • Own training and adoption of internal AI and sales tools, including Celine and Gong.
  • Partner with sales leadership to analyze performance metrics and identify gaps in win rate, conversion, and ACV.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to define the strategy, structure, and culture of the enablement function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing AE/Sales Management role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of systematic sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, Solution Selling, or Challenger Sale.
  • Strong process discipline, documentation skills, and project management ability.
  • Experience managing an LMS or sales training platform is a major plus.
  • A proactive, energetic, and positive coaching mindset.
  • Track record of driving cultural and behavioral change to improve sales team adoption of new processes.
  • Ability to work fully remote or hybrid from the NYC office.
  • Experience building programs that improve win rate, ramp time, and methodology adoption is highly relevant.
