Description

  • Manage renewals and drive revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of current customers.
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular outreach to understand client goals and align PhotoShelter solutions to their needs.
  • Develop tailored account growth strategies with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing partners.
  • Build, manage, forecast, and report on an upsell and cross-sell pipeline.
  • Become an expert in the PhotoShelter product suite and deliver demos and presentations to clients.
  • Lead contract discussions for growth opportunities and renewals, owning the commercial relationship.
  • Analyze platform usage to uncover expansion opportunities such as additional users and storage.
  • Share client feedback with Product and Marketing to inform future updates and offerings.
  • Support long-term client success by coordinating with Customer Success to ensure continued value and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of account management or sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or digital asset management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell, or account expansion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing with a focus on client value.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer needs and align solutions to business goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new product features and functionality.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach and comfort working toward revenue targets.
  • Passion for visual media, content, and creative businesses is a strong plus.
