Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy and delivery to renewals.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for issues that require strategic thinking and decision-making.
  • Run status meetings, track scopes, and manage details across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate roadmap development and provide a consultative perspective on client priorities and opportunities.
  • Navigate large corporate organizations and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to keep work moving.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support proposal development and new work scoping.
  • Lead quarterly contract and commercial conversations, including scope changes and renewals.
  • Represent Phiture in senior client discussions with leaders at major tech and entertainment companies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level clients and work across large corporate organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills, including experience with contract reworks or commercial conversations.
  • Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies; ASO expertise is not required on day one.
  • A consultative mindset that is calm, inquisitive, and focused on asking the right questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Nice-to-have: existing knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with business development or scoping new client work.
  • Nice-to-have: comfort with client-facing presentations at a senior level.
  • East Coast location preferred for time zone alignment with the European teams.
